BEAUTIFUL LATE NOVEMBER DAY WITH BLUE SKIES AND LOW WINDS

High pressure is keeping skies clear today with just a few clouds
spotted at each observation.  Dry conditions are holding dew points
in the mid-20s and visibility at 70 miles despite some distant morning
fog at 7:00AM.  Temperatures were similar to yesterday and have risen
to a max. of 44F by 1:00PM from a morning low of 28F.  W-WNW winds
were gusting up to 20 MPH late morning and early afternoon but had
calmed to approximately 11 MPH at the 1:00PM observation.
