WARM FRONT BRINGS TENTH OF AN INCH OF PRECIP. BEFORE 1:00PM

Steady rain began after 10:00AM this morning and brought a total
of 0.10 in. by the 1:00PM observation.  Fog moved in and limited
visibility to 3 1/2 miles, varying 4-10 miles southeast and
northwest.

Temperatures have been quite seasonable today with an overnight
low of 37F and a 6-hour max. of 44F at 1:00PM.  Winds began
shifting south yesterday afternoon and shifted southeast shortly
after midnight, remaining there for most of this morning and early
afternoon.  Gusts up to 30 MPH have been recorded.
