A SEASONABLE START TO THE MORNING WITH TEMPERATURES
RIGHT AT FREEZING.

Temperatures around freezing started the day and have been
very slow to warm up with temperatures only getting into the
mid 30’s by the 10 o’clock observation.  Low clouds are slowly
moving in from the East while surface winds remain out of the
NNW ushering in drier air.

By the 1 o’clock observation, temperatures had climbed into the
lower 40s with humidity falling below 50%.  Winds were between
10-15 mph with gusts to 20 mph.
