CHILLY START TO DAY, CLEAR MORNING SKIES TURN PARTLY CLOUDY

With cooler air moving in, temperatures fell to an overnight low
of 34F early this morning from yesterday’s high temp of 55F.
Temps. remain slightly above average with today’s max. temp. by
1:00PM at 48F.  The drier air also gave us clear morning skies
which turned to partly cloudy with scattered diurnal cumulus in
the early afternoon.  Westerly winds have been gusting up to
30 MPH making the day feel a bit colder despite the sunny skies.
