MORNING FOG LIFTS TO SUNNY SKIES,
TEMPS. REACH 55F ON FIRST DAY OF DECEMBER

Rain continued until this morning totaling 0.84 in. for the
24-hour period.  Morning fog began to dissipate before the
7:00AM observation and cleared to few and scattered cumulus for
the remainder of the morning.  Dew points fell with the arrival
of drier air, and temperatures reached a max. of 55F by 1:00PM.
