CLOUDY WITH MILD TEMPERATURES TODAY

The sky has been mostly cloudy today, with few breaks observed since
early this morning.  Despite the cloudy conditions, the temperature has
warmed nicely to a well above average high of 57F so far through 1:00 P.M.
The morning low of 42F was also well above average.  After several days of
very dry air and low dew points, more moisture has been present in the air
today, with dew points over 40F throughout the day.  Some much needed
rainfall is expected tonight and tomorrow morning before a cold front
passes by and returns us to dry weather.  Winds have been steady but
fairly light from the SE today, with no gusts over 20mph so far.
