LIGHT RAIN BEGINS MID-MORNING

Light rain began shortly after 10:00AM and measured 0.04 in. at the 1:00PM
observation, almost doubling our monthly total in three hours.  Visibility
dropped to just 2 1/2 miles as fog moved in and ceilings lowered.
Temperatures were steady throughout the morning reaching a max of 51F, but
the temperature began decreasing once the rain arrived.
