VERY DRY AND WARM DAY WITH CLEAR SKIES

High pressure over the region continued the trend of dry conditions keeping
dew points in the lower teens.  Skies were mostly clear with just a few
cirrus spotted at each observation, and visibility continued to be 70 miles
in all directions.  Temperatures warmed to 64F by the 1:00PM observation
after an overnight low of 44F.
