MORNING SHOWERS CLEAR FOR A DRY AFTERNOON

Light rain showers continued overnight and we measured 0.04 ins.
of precipitation at the 7 AM EST observation. Also at 7 AM skies
were overcast with light rain and fog. The rain continued until
the 10 AM observation when 0.02 ins. of precipitation was measured.
The skies cleared, the  fog lifted and humidity lowered increasing
the visibility from 5 miles at 7 AM to 70 miles at 10 AM and 80 miles
at 1 PM.

Winds shifted from the south to the west and remained moderate all day.
Temperatures may feel cooler compared to February’s highs but temps. for
today and yesterday were above the normal of 42F.
