CLEAR, DRY DAY WITH GUSTY WINDS OVER 50 MPH

Temperatures were slightly lower than yesterday, reaching
49F by 1:00PM.  The overnight low of 40F was almost 15F
above normal.  Dry air moved into the region causing dew
points to fall to the mid-teens.  Skies were also mostly
clear today with few cumulus and few cirrus.

Winds increased around 9:00AM EST and have been consistently
gusting over 30 kts since then. The peak gust of 53 MPH out
of the west occurred at 11:11AM EST.
