A LITTLE WARMER UNDER A MIX OF SUN AND CLOUDS….
Today has featured a mix of sun and clouds throughout the
day. Overall it’s been a great day to be outdoors, albeit
feeling a little hot in the sun. Nonetheless, temperatures
are tolerable with very comfortable humidity levels again
today.
Temperatures are a touch warmer than yesterday, reaching
the 80F degree mark by the 1pm observation. Dew points how-
ever remain in the low to mid 50s which is spectacular and
very comfortable for this time of year.
The wind has been nothing to write home about today. It has
been on the light side all day and has gradually backed from
a westerly direction to a southerly direction as the day has
progressed. The average speed for the day so far is only
around 7mph. The peak gust so far is 18mph which occurred
right around 2:40am this morning.
Visibility has been decent again today with the view holding
at around 60 miles all day.
The maximum temperature so far today is 80F degrees, which is
4 degrees above the normal high of 76F. The minimum temperature
since midnight is 57F degrees, which is 1 degree below the
normal low of 58F.
