PERFECTLY CLEAR SKY BUT HAZY CONDITIONS

At our first observation for the day we reported a perfectly
clear sky, not a cloud to be seen, [SKC] but hazy was reducing
visibility to only 20 miles. Our morning low temperature of
68F was 5 degrees above the normal minimum for this date.

Yesterday’s warmer than normal weather with a mean temperature
of 76 degrees (+4 degrees) brought an end the six consecutive
days with cooler than normal weather running between one and six
degrees on the cool side of normal. The month is now averaging
only about one degree warmer than average.
