TEMPS WARM AND WINDS PICK UP THIS AFTERNOON…
JANUARY 2017 FINISHES AS THE 9TH WARMEST ON RECORD…

Snow started shortly after 1:00PM yesterday and continued
through 6:00AM this morning, leaving 1.9 inches on top of
Great Blue Hill.  This brings the seasonal total to 21.2
inches and the seasonal departure to -12.3 inches.

Winds were light yesterday and early this morning but began
gusting over 25 MPH by this afternoon.  Temperatures were
also on the rise, reaching a max. of 37F by the 1:00PM ob.
