ANOTHER DAY OF CLEAR SKIES, WINDS SHIFT OUT OF SE

Today has been another day of clear skies and low humidity.  Just a few
cirrus in the west could be spotted at the 1:00PM EST observation, and
dew points  remained in the lower 30s for much of the day.  Winds have
again been very light with a shift in direction out of the southeast
around 11:00AM EST.

Temperatures continue to be slightly cooler than average.  The overnight
low of 39F is the first temp. below 40F since April.  Clear skies allowed
temperatures to increase to a max. of 61F by 1:00PM.
