SLIGHTLY COOLER TEMPS AND ABUNDANT SUNSHINE

High pressure and dry air over the region helped skies stay
clear with few clouds this morning.  Thin cirrus became
scattered in the afternoon as more low clouds developed.
Dew points measured in the low 50s and visibility was 60 miles
during each observation.  Temperatures fell to an overnight low
of 59F but had risen to 80F before 1:00PM EST.  Winds remained
out of the west-northwest and west with gusts up to 20 MPH in
the mid-morning and afternoon.
