OVERCAST SKIES THIS MORNING,
AS TEMPS STAY SEASONABLY COOL

Yesterday’s maximum temperature of 55F, occurred at
midnight yesterday as temperatures cooled throughout
the day from the 50s through the upper 30s. The midnight
from midnight minimum of 35F was reached at midnight
this morning. Another dry day yesterday has added to
our already significant deficit which is now 2.38
inches below normal for the month and 7.32 inches
for the year.

Mostly cloudy to overcast skies have continued throughout
this morning with winds shifting between NW and NE. By the
10:00 AM EST observation skies were nearly overcast
with stratocumulus. Drier air in the distance to the NW allowed
visibility of 70 miles, while the predominant surface
visibility was just 40 miles.
