SKIES CLEAR UNDER HIGH PRESSURE

Today saw clearer skies and warm temperatures as high pressure moved
into the region.  Early morning temps. dropped to 38F, but quickly
warmed to the max. of 59F at 1:00PM, 10F above the normal max. temp.
Winds remained out of the northwest, and visibility was 70 miles
during each observation.
