ANOTHER HAZY DAY WITH CONTINUED RECORD BREAKING HIGH TEMPS…
It’s the second day in a row we’ve had record breaking heat on
top of the hill. Yesterday’s high of 88F beats the record of
85F set back in 1945. Today so far, we already have a high of
88F beating the record of 80F set also in 1945. This is 32
degrees above the normal temperature for this date of 56F!
Temperatures have already begun to decrease with wind from the
north east. If temperatures don’t go below 59F by midnight
there is also a chance of beating the daily record high minimum
temperature of 59F set in 1945. The low temperature so far today
is 66F.
Dry weather continues with low humidity and clear skies.
Visibility has been limited again today due to haziness, likely
in part due to the increase in tree pollen in the air. We’ve
only been able to see about 35-40 miles today.
