We observed partly cloudy skies today and a maximum visibility
of 70 miles at the 1 P.M. observation. We received a trace of
snow yesterday as part of the passing showers in the afternoon.

The rain deficit on the month is 0.63 inches, and the annual
deficit is over 11 inches.

Wind is chilly and westerly with an average speed around 10 mph.
