ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST)

ABUNDANT SUNSHINE TODAY, BUT UNSEASONABLY CHILLY AND BRISK….

Plenty of blue sky and sunshine to be had today, but it’s
definitely on the chilly side. The high temperature through
the 1pm observation is only 41 degrees! With a brisk northwest
wind, the wind chill has been hanging out in the low 30s!

FWIW, the normal high for today’s date is 51F, so we’re
running around 10F degrees below normal for the high. Contrast
this to just 2 days ago when our high was 21F degrees above
normal, a pretty significant swing in the pattern!

As noted, the wind has been busy today with an average speed
of around 15mph to this point in the day. Gusts of 20-30mph
have been common all day.

Visibility is excellent today hanging out at around 80 miles.

The high so far today is 41F, which is 10 degrees below the
normal maximum of 51F. The low since midnight is 31F, which is
3 degrees below the normal low of 34F.
