UNDER CLEAR AND VERY SUNNY CONDITIONS
After reaching a high temperature of 30 degrees Sunday
afternoon the thermometer fell steadily all of last night
reaching 19 degrees by midnight and 9.3 degrees just before
7 A.M. this morning.
The air mass became more Arctic in origin overnight
last night with dew points falling to around 4 to 5
below zero by sunrise this morning.
Total snow on the ground continues at a depth of more
than a foot today and was measured at 15 inches
early this morning.
