CLEAR SKIES AND SEASONABLE TEMPERATURES
REMAIN IN PLACE

Yesterday’s maximum of 43F along with mostly
sunny skies continued the pattern of quiet, seasonable
conditions. At this morning’s 7:00 AM EST observation
an overnight low of 28F was recorded with light
frost on the ground and distant haze visible in
all directions. Winds were steady at 10 knots from
the NW.

By the 1:00 PM EST observation skies remained mostly
clear with generally hazy conditions. Visibility was
45 miles in all directions with a few cumulus to the
NE-SE just offshore. A maximum of 41F had been reached.
