SUNNY SKIES BECOME MOSTLY CLOUDY BY LATE MORNING
Morning skies were sunny with few altocumulus and scattered cirrus.
Conditions were favorable along the horizon for a mirage to form
making the mountains look larger than they are. More altocumulus
had moved in by 10:00AM EST and were a broken layer by the 1:00PM
observation.
Winds were light all day and started out of the southwest and west-
southwest this morning but had shifted out of the east by early
afternoon. Temperatures had risen to 67F at 1:00PM and were
continuing to rise past the last observation of the day.
