MORE HUMID DAY WITH ON AND OFF RAIN SHOWERS

Rain began early this morning and has continued on and
off through the day. The daily total by 1:00PM EST was
0.25 inches with 0.20 inches falling before 7:00AM. Dew
points have measured in the upper 60s and low 70s for
most of the day, while temperatures rose to 79F.

Clouds and fog have been slow to clear. Distant fog was
still limiting visibility to just 10 miles in the north
through east south-east during the 1:00PM ob.  Towering
cumulus were spotted from east to northwest at 1:00PM
