DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
MONDAY, JULY 10, 2017
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME
WARMER DAY WITH INCREASING CLOUDS
Today saw another clear start to the day. Skies were
mostly sunny with a few cirrus clouds during the 7:00AM
EST observation. Cumulus began to form in the late morning,
and by early afternoon skies had become partly sunny with a
mix of cumulus and cirrus.
Temperatures had already risen to 84F by 1:00PM and could
rise a couple more degrees this afternoon due to the partly
sunny skies. Dew points remained in the upper 50s making
this summer day feel quite pleasant. Light haze limited
visibility to 60 miles as air from the southwest entered
the region.
