MULTIPLE THUNDERSTORMS SPOTTED FROM BHO
The first thunderstorm began shortly before 10:00AM EST
and was south of the observatory. It quickly moved east
and dissipated. An additional storm began in the west
before noon and separated into a storm moving southeast
and a storm moving northeast. Thunder from these storms
is still ongoing at the time of this discussion. No rain
had been measured at the observatory by 1:00 PM.
Winds have been light and variable throughout the day.
Temperatures were warm and reached a max. of 85F by 1:00PM.
Dew points remained in the upper 60s and low 70s. The humid
conditions and light wind have kept visibility at 15 miles
or less.
