A HAZY AND WINDY DAY ON GREAT BLUE HILL….

We observed 70 miles of visibility this morning, being brought down
to 40 miles by a distant haze by 10 A.M. Humidity has decreased from
60% this morning to 40% by the 1 P.M. observation. It has been breezy
throughout the day, with frequent gusts over 20 mph. The peak gust so
far today is 37 mph, observed at 12:41 P.M. The maximum temperature
by 1 P.M. is 76F, 2 degrees above the normal of 74F. The low since
midnight was 49F, 7 degrees below the daily normal of 56F.
