SIGNIFICANT WARMING WITH DECREASING CLOUDS THROUGHOUT
THE DAY….

We observed a temperature change of almost 18 degrees
since this morning, with an overnight low of 21F and
a high of 38F. The high so far today is 5 degrees above
the normal maximum of 33F. The low since midnight is
4 degrees above the daily normal minimum of 17F. Clouds
decreased as the day went on with overcast skies this
morning becoming partly cloudy following the 1 PM observation.
Pressure has dropped steadily during the day, dropping 5 mb
since 4 A.M. Wind was steady from the southeast, with an
average speed of 10 mph. Visibility was 40 miles at each
observation, with a thin smoke layer along the horizon at
each observation.
