ELEVATION 635 FEET, 10 MILES SSW OF BOSTON, MA

DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2019
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

OVERCAST WITH LIGHT WINDS AND GOOD
VISIBILITY….

Today we observed an overcast layer of
cirrostratus throughout the day. Wind
was light and variable, with a shift from
W-S being noticed a little before noontime.
Visibility was 80 miles at each observation,
partially due to very low humidity which fell
into the upper teens by 1 P.M. Pressure has
started to trend downward by 3 millibars since
9 A.M. The high so far today is 45F, 6 degrees below
the daily normal maximum of 51F. The low since
midnight is 27F, 7 degrees below the normal of 34F.
