MORE CLOUDS THAN SUN, LAST “COOL” DAY BEFORE HEAT RETURNS….

Rainfall late yesterday afternoon and overnight amounted to 0.37″
as measured at 7 A.M. No rain has fallen since, but cloudy skies
have dominated yet again today. We did get a period of sun this
afternoon, but clouds once again filled back in.

The dew point continues on the high side with readings in the
mid to upper 60s, however this will feel nice compared to what
is coming starting tomorrow.

The wind has been very light and variable most of the day, but
has settled out of the south by mid afternoon.

Visibility started quite limited due to fog this morning, but
increased considerably by mid morning to 50 miles. It decreased
a bit to 40 miles this afternoon however as the humidity levels
increased.

The high so far today is 74F, 7 degrees below the daily normal
maximum of 81F. The low so far today is 63F, which is equal to
the daily normal minimum of 63F.
