A MURKY START TRANSITIONED TO A BRILLIANT LABOR DAY AFTERNOON….

Clouds and a touch of fog were observed to start the day along
with moderate levels of humidity. However, as the morning progressed,
the clouds cleared out leaving us with abundant sunshine. Some
cumulus clouds have popped up into this afternoon just helping to
decorate the sky. All in all a very nice afternoon for any holiday
plans!

Humidity levels have dropped since this morning with the dew point
lowering from the mid 60s this morning to the upper 50s by mid
afternoon.

A nice westerly breeze has kicked up a bit this afternoon gusting
to between 20-25 mph.

The high so far today is 80F, this is 4 degrees above the daily
normal maximum of 76F. The low so far today is 66F, which is 7
degrees above the daily normal minimum of 59F.
