Winds were still gusting about 30 MPH this morning but continued their
decreasing trend through the early afternoon.  Dry conditions continued
giving us clear skies with just a few clouds and 70 miles visibility
at each observation.  Temperatures remain slightly below normal with an
overnight low of 28F and a max. temp of 41F by 1:00PM.
