FOG AND RAIN ON SUMMIT OF GREAT BLUE HILL
AS HURRICANE JOSE APPROACHES

Fog limited visibility to 1/8 mile and completely
obscured the sky during each observation today.
Light rain began just before 8:00AM EST and had
turned to light drizzle by the 10:00AM ob. Rain
from yesterday evening and this morning totaled
0.04 inches at 7:00AM, with an additional 0.06
inches falling by 1:00PM.  Winds have been out
of the north-northeast and had begun gusting up
to 28 MPH this afternoon.
