TUESDAY, MARCH 29, 2022
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

PLENTY OF SUNSHINE, BUT STILL BRISK AND COLD FOR LATE MARCH….

The arctic air mass is still over the region today as temperatures
are struggling through the mid 30s despite an abundance of sunshine.

The dew point has been mostly in the single digits today. Again,
this is quite indicative of an arctic air mass.

The wind is once again on the busy side, adding to the chill with
wind chill values in the 20s this afternoon. The average speed
for the day is around 17mph with a peak gust of 37mph so far.

Visibility has been very good all day holding at around 70 miles.

The high so far today is 36F, which is 12 degrees below the
normal maximum of 48F. The low since midnight is 15F, which is
16 degrees below the normal minimum of 31F.
