ANOTHER DAY IN THE FOG, NO PRECIP AS OF 1:00PM EST

Yesterday’s rain ended shortly past 2:00PM EST totaling
0.51 in. for the day.  This brings our monthly departure
to 1.75 in. below normal and the annual departure to
0.89 in. below normal. More rain is expected later this
afternoon, but nothing was measured by 1:00PM EST.

Despite the rain ending, fog has lingered on the top of
Great Blue Hill again today.  Visibility increased to
10 miles during the 10:00AM EST observation, but had
fallen back to 6 miles by 1:00PM EST.  Winds have been
light all day and out of the east-northeast to northeast.
