MILD CONDITIONS CONTINUE

Temperatures remained above freezing overnight, rising to
50F by 1:00PM EST from an overnight low of 34F, and dry
conditions continued.  Winds have been light all day and
shifted southwesterly shortly before noon.  Yesterday’s
clear skies turned mostly cloudy today with altocumulus.
Hazier conditions brought visibility down to 70 miles
during each observation.
