DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2020
ALL TIMES ARE IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

CLOUDY MORNING, GIVING WAY TO INCREASING SUN THIS AFTERNOON….

Another quiet day on the hill today. The morning started with
cloudy skies and even a brief sprinkle. But as we’ve moved
into the afternoon, sunshine has been on the increase.

Visibility started the day at 70 miles, but has since decreased
to 50 miles as pollen has increased in the air creating the
all too common haziness very become accustomed to lately.

Wind has been very light all day generally under 10 mph, but
we did measure a peak gust of 15 mph late this morning.

The high so far today is 77 degrees, this is 4 degrees above
the daily normal high of 73F. The low since midnight is 60F,
which is 5 degrees above the daily normal low of 55F.
