CLOUDY AND COLD FOLLOWING EARLY MORNING FLURRIES…

Several hours of very light snow flurries occurred overnight
into early this morning thanks to some ocean effect, however
no accumulation resulted.

Otherwise it’s been a cloudy and cold day here on the summit
as the temperature has failed to make it to 30 degrees today.
Today is the first sub 30 degree day since way back on
February 15th, when the high was 27 degrees!

It has been a bit breezy at times, adding a bite to the cold.
Occasional gusts between 20-25 MPH have been observed.

Visibility has been limited today to only 30-40 miles.

The high so far today is 29F, 13 degrees below the daily
normal high of 42F. The low since midnight is 24F, 2 degrees
below the normal low of 26F.
