RAIN BEGINS AT 6:15AM EST, THICK FOG MOVES IN BY 1:00PM

Light rain from the passing low pressure system started
around 6:15AM EST and has continued into the afternoon.
Precip. totaled 0.22 in. at the 1:00PM observation with
heavier rain due to fall this evening. Fog moved in later
in the morning and was thick enough to limit visibility
to just 1/8 mile at 1:00PM.

Temperatures ranged from a max. of 52F to a min. of 50F
during our observations.  Winds were much gustier today
reaching a peak gust of 36 MPH just after 10:00AM.
