AFTERNOON WINDS GUSTING OVER 30 MPH

Windy conditions have returned today as low pressure
moves north.  The system brought 2.8 inches of snowfall
and 0.34 inches of precip., adding to our already above
normal levels.  Winds out of the northwest picked up
this afternoon and are gusting over 30 MPH.

Yesterday’s average temperature was above normal for the
first time in almost a week.  Overnight temps. dropped to
just 28F this morning, 9F above normal, but the max. of
33F by 1:00PM  is still 4F below normal.
