YET ANOTHER SUNNY, DRY DAY WITH 50-60 MILES VISIBILITY
TEMPERATURES RISE TO 80F BY EARLY AFTERNOON–DEW POINT NEAR 50F

Cirrus clouds were the predominant cloud type for the day
with a few cumulus popping up to the west around the 1 o’clock
observation. Winds remained very light through the observation
period and the wind direction changed frequently.

Under a very sunny sky the temperature had re-bounded to near
85F by early this afternoon with visibility 50-60 miles.
This area is now very close to being placed in an area of moderate
drought by the U.S. Drought Monitor. June rainfall has been
very much on the light side with only a half inch of rainfall
since June 5th.
