RAIN, FOG AND COLD CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY

The mercury barely budged in the thermometers yesterday with
only a high of 44F and low of 39F. Fog, rain and easterly
winds kept temperatures suppressed and steady throughout the
day on Saturday with not much change into today. By 7:00 AM EST
fog and drizzle kept visibility to just 2 miles in most directions.

By 1:00 PM EST visibility had improved to 30 miles in all directions
with rain showers visible to the WNW-NW. A maximum of 44F was also
the highest temperature reading so far today.
