DAILY DISCUSSION AND CLIMATE SUMMARY
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2017

WARM TEMPS, CLEARING SKIES, AND INCREASING VISIBILITY

High pressure is building over the region and is bringing
clear skies and above normal temperatures.  Low clouds and
fog from Jose lingered through the morning, but the 10:00AM
EST observation saw visibility improve to 70 miles for the
first time in over a week. Skies were mostly clear by early
afternoon.  As remnants from Jose moves farther southeast,
wind speeds have decreased to 7 mph and wind direction has
become more easterly.  Temperatures had risen to a max. of
74F at BHO by 1:00PM, and some areas in the region had already
measured over 80F by the early afternoon.
