ANOTHER RECORD BREAKING HIGH TEMPERATURE DAY

Yesterday we recorded the warmest February day on record 71F.
The previous warmest day was set back in 1985 at 68F. We also
had a record breaking high today of 68F at 1PM EST. The
previous record of 67F was set in 1976. The winds were moderate
and switched from SW to the SE. There was a dense fog covering
Great Blue Hill at the 7AM EST observation, obscuring visibility
to 1/8 miles. The fog cleared by 10AM EST but visibility remained
low for the rest of the day peaking at 40 miles. We had a trace
amount of precipitation overnight and early this morning.
