FAIR VISIBILITY DAY WITH INCREASING CLOUD COVER
AND DECREASING WIND SPEEDS….

At 7 A.M., the sky was partly obstructed by cirrus clouds,
increasing as the day has moved along. In contrast, wind
speeds have been dropping from about 9 knots to 2 knots
between the 7 o’clock and 10 o’clock observations, and have
remained light and variable since. There has
been no precipitation today so far, and snow on the ground
has remained at a depth of about 2″ since yesterday. The high
temperature so far today was 37F, experienced around the 1 P.M.
observation, and is 2 degrees below our normal high temperature
of 39F. Our low since midnight was 24F, which is 3 degrees above
our normal daily low temperature of 21F.
