ANOTHER DAY WITH PLENTY OF SUNSHINE AND CHILLY TEMPERATURES…

Today is yet again featuring an abundance of sunshine with
good visibility and very light wind.

Visibility has been generally in the 70-80 mile range today.

The lack of wind, which has only averaged around 5 mph, is
making it feel not too bad outside despite the continued
below normal temperatures.

We have certainly entered another dry stretch, with no
measurable precipitation occurring in the last 7 days. Total
precipitation for the month to date is only 0.13″, which is
now 1.08″ below normal. The departure for the year has reached
1.50″ below normal.

The high so far today is 37F, 5 degrees below the daily
normal max of 42F. The low since midnight is 19F, 5 degrees
below the daily average low of 24F.
