We observed an excellent visibility of 85 miles
throughout the day with some cumulus clouds at each
observation. Wind from the west increased since this
morning, with a peak gust of 30 mph since 7 A.M.
Conditions remained dry, with the lowest humidity
observed being 28% at 1 P.M. Due to some cold air
advection with the westerly winds, temperatures have
once again stayed below seasonal averages. The high
so far today is 39F, 6 degrees below the daily normal
maximum of 45F. The low since midnight is 22F, 5 degrees
under the normal minimum temperature of 27F.
