Today started at a cold -2F, which is 19 degrees below our
normal daily minimum of 17F. Icy conditions persist outside
due to these freezing temperatures we are experiencing and
rain that fell yesterday. As the day progresses, temperatures
remain around 0F, with a high temperature so far today of 2F.
Wind has been gusting over 20 knots all day today from the
northwest, bringing in these freezing temperatures. Visibility
has remained at about 20 miles since mid morning due to a haze
in the area. The wind chill has been as low as -20F today.
