LIGHT SNOW TURNS TO LIGHT DRIZZLE BY 1:00PM

Light snow began to fall on the summit after 6:00AM leaving just
a trace before the 7:00AM observation.  Warming temperatures turned
the snow into light rain and drizzle after 10:00AM.  The six-hour
precip. total was 0.13 in. with 0.4 in. of snowfall by 1:00PM.

Temperatures warmed to a max. of 35F from a low at midnight of 27F.
Winds were light today and had shifted S-SW by early afternoon.
Thick fog enveloped the summit granting just 1/16-1/8 mile of
visibility during the last two observations.
