OVERCAST, BREEZY, AND CHILLY WITH OCCASIONAL DRIZZLE….

Today marks day 2 of mainly cloudy skies with a chilly
northeast to east-northeast breeze. Periods of drizzle
is just adding to the rawness of the day, but has been
enough to measure at least. 0.01″ was recorded at 7 A.M.
with an additional 0.03″ falling through 1 P.M.

The wind has been gusty with a peak gust thus far of
